I'm a Data Scientist at Vodafone, building ETL pipelines, machine-learning models, analytics, and big-data dashboards used across operations, customer, and leadership teams.
My background spans data science, big-data engineering (PySpark, Hadoop/Cloudera), and translating complex analysis for non-technical stakeholders. I also have prior experience on radio network planning and optimization.

CHURN PREDICTION & PROACTIVE RETENTION
(SPIRIT OF VODAFONE HERO AWARD)
An end-to-end churn-prediction system (XGBoost, SHAP) with ETL pipelines that flags at-risk customers before they leave. Paired with behavioral segmentation, it drove proactive outreach reaching 97% positive feedback within a 90-minute SLA.
NEAR-REAL-TIME BI DASHBOARD
Designed a near-real-time dashboard integrated with big data, giving Operations, Customer Experience, and Customer Insight teams live visibility into customer-impacting issues. Built in-house with zero budget; earned the Spirit of Vodafone Award and escalated to global leadership.
BI & DECISION-SUPPORT PLATFORM (freelance PROJECT)
A Streamlit-based business-intelligence and decision-support system built for a mid-sized retail/distribution business, featuring FX support, dead-stock and capital-trap analysis, brand scorecards, days-of-stock radar, price optimization, and one-click executive briefs in Excel and PDF.

RF NETWORK DESIGN & OPTIMIZATION (INTERNATIONAL PROJECTS)
Delivered radio network planning, optimization, and data analytics for global telecom operators across the UK, USA, and several other markets including greenfield 5G/LTE design for the NEOM megaproject.
Combined RF engineering with Python automation, ML-based traffic forecasting (SARIMA, Prophet, LSTM), and geospatial analysis to turn large operational datasets into network decisions.
